right. I don't know, but suppose that his tears, sweat, blood et cetera, all possess Scott's DNA and, in as such, share the invulnerability to his own power.

Would urine samples from Cyclops be immune to his blast?

    sure, why not?
pee, poop, stomach acid.. anything that at all contains his DNA should conceivably be immune to his power

Then he should get lenses made from his bodily fluids so that everything's not red all the time (or would he see red, anyway, because of his eye beams?).

I knew this thread would eventually hit the topic of other bodily fluids being immune, going to try and nip it in the bud before this thread goes down the toilet. His body absorbs the energy from them and his brothers blasts, he isn't actually immune there is still an effect taking place it's simply a positive one rather than a negative, in a sense Scott should be capable of recharging himself if he where to blast his own arm. His bodily fluids wouldn't have the physiology required to absorb the energy.

The tear ducts are at the edge of the eye so maybe they simply escape the blast radius.

I don't think so... If Scott's power was at level "50%" and, he blasted his own arm he would lose power from the act in and of itself.

He absorbs power to activate the portals in his eyes, he puts out a lot more power than is required to keep them open.
