In Codex, some things did. 100 Perception gave perfect Psychic Defences.

I'm not sure if there's a set rule on it though.

    Cap is a cap though.

Same reason I was reading everyone else's posts; common courtesy.

I also did post each power in the Sign Up thread whenever Elewa unlocked a new one and did my best to make sure everyone saw it.

I like the way you think.

Though I read them. Part of the group or not, they were well written.

Going from past SHRs, "boosted" stats appear to give diminishing return. Basically, the different between 100+10 and 100+40 is far less than the difference between 90 and 100.
And someone with a natural 90 generally seems to beat someone who amped themselves to 90 via stat boosts.

Some exceptions exist, like Grinthorn's Nexus which was a combination of Magic, Psy and Chi, but that's not a boost and rather a special category of stats not available to PCs.

That seems weird and kind of off, but it's not something that I feel is worth raising an argument over.

His elder brother has had arguably the third largest influence on his views and upbringing behind only Elewa's father and Kara. Almost all of Elewa's rebelliousness, his disregard for laws and his drug habit come directly from Sizwe.

Hence his subconscious view of him is pretty weighty.

    That's the man. :)

Elewa's other brothers and his sister are pretty law-abiding by and large. Conversely; Sizwe isn't in a union, he's not even a conventional worker - which is about as black sheep as you can get to the Ballo family - and he's a criminal and a social climber to boot. I'm looking forward to writing him in my subsequent posts.

I'm assuming you mean in a more direct fashion, such as PM or Visitor Messages, because I otherwise already did:

I don't know what your prep is but I highly doubt that.

Don't have an exact figures but given that it's got a standing population of around 50,000,000 people to live pretty comfortably by today's standards, plus enough farming area to support that level of population with relatively little starvation except in the most deprived areas, I'd say that it's around the size of the United Kingdom, possibly a little smaller.

To put this into stat terms, even at 100 Power (City busting by Codex standards), you're not going to destroy more than like a 1/100th of the entirety of Eden and that's me being incredibly generous and conservative about the size.

So yeah; Eden, while it is one city, is a megastructure on a scale beyond anything we have in the real world. Don't forget that chaps. We're not so much conquering a city as we are conquering a small country.
    Bingo. This is very true.

Unconventional indeed. Given that he's imprinted quite a bit on Elewa, it's surprising a contradiction in beliefs hasn't popped up yet for him to mull over.

I mean, he had a lot of time to think in the desert. But now that he's in a more rational state, surely something new would come to mind.
