Ah OK. I actually forgot all about that.

We should have all the stat boosters/team linkers sync their powers then fire off an attack while in gestalt.

Just imagine how gamebreakingly powerful it'd be.

Two bonus points for anyone recognizing where that came from.
Besides, I wouldn't know what to do with an effective attack power of 270 [50 (Fire, base) + 85 (Fire boost) + 50 (Water, base) + 85 (Water boost)] anyway, even if Irie didn't die forever from power overload before getting a chance to use it on Volkov.
Well, you probably wouldn't get to set the numbers - everything we do in the mindscape is supposedly powered by willpower or something, rather than our normal stats.

Sort of? As I understand it, the environment is malleable to our wishes - so you can manifest the sorts of things your powers produce, as well as stuff you normally can't. (Which is why Mack's conjuring a Dreadnaught instead of going with his usual powerset. He figures there's a chance he can strike a psychological blow that way. I'm pretty sure Volkov can't summon castles in real life either.) But it's all based on willpower and emotion. Rivia, with her psychic training, ought to be fine.

I'm not sure how less tangible things like illusions and mind-reading would work, since it's already inside the mindscape.

It's more of the idea behind the numbers; she's hasn't practiced control over something that far outside of her normal power, and would probably fail to handle it- outright ending a lot of people in the failure.

Rivia is up for it at any time. She even feels that they can access Volkovs powers and use it against him.

She doesn't want peace right now; she wants Volkov reduced to the most basic elements of existence.

Besides, the feeling of peace could be trap.

    Oh, okay.

It's more how he feels about the power he's using, than him influencing the others minds though.

It's basically him admitting he needs the others help, he can't do it without them, and his willingness to give everything he is to help the them. Cas is still righteously pissed off though. He's just at peace with not being strong enough to save them all himself.

I just wrote it with less words.

But yes. The peace is a horrible, terrible trap.

That would require Rivia's Gestalt, and yeah it might work. If the next attack doesn't dent the sphere, Rivia might initiate the Gestalt.

Hey Sub, did she drain him dry, then fire it back into him to amplify?

Not dry, but she drained quite a bit, and yes, she then gave it back to him.

Okay, so that's around the right number then. Might be a littler lower.
