Bond of Friendship just isn't going happen until there's a scene for the practice of it in-game. Knowing where and how people are is confusing enough, but having to deal the full senses of even two or three people is something that's going to be much too confusing to be used in the field without actual training.

I'd think the people with telepathic abilities, mental focus, or mental strength could do it.

Broken Ascension Leylines: 15, Earth: 20 The process of Casimir's ascension has been broken, his desire to be there for those he loves overpowering his desire for power. His diamond skeleton has now rejected the ichor that it had began bonding to, forcing its corruption out, and his body has begun to reverse the changes made. The Guardian No longer a god, his power stems from his desire to protect others, and his promise he made to do so. When this state is active Casimir's durability increases by one and a half times his score in earth (30), for its duration. Strength of Endellion The power of his 'soul' can be felt others and its aura of energy of can be drawn on, boosting their most powerful stat by his score in leylines (20). Its range of effect extending 10'(x) with X being the number of points. This effects of the aura do not apply to him, as he is its source. Perfect Resonance In addition, this ability can be used along with his Resonance of Souls without the transference of information it requires, at the cost of Casimir's movement, as it requires the entirety of his concentration, focus and willpower. The duration he can maintain each individual sub-state is twenty minutes, when using two simultaneously it decreases to ten. If he were to use all three, it decreases to five. Afterwards he is completely exhausted.
