Oh yeah, I noticed Allure when I was doing the Avengers writeup that failed. It was how Starfox went down so easily.

I did have one question about it, though, which was: Can Rivia focus it, or does she end up Alluring everybody nearby when she uses it?

She can focus it on just one person, or on a larger group. Plus, it also works on certain types of non-people like robots, forcing them to stop what they are doing and turn to face her.
