Psylocke really has been the break out star of Uncanny X-Force, and rightfully so. She has not been written this well in quite some time. Also consider this, as of right now there isn't really another high level telepath within the X-Men. Charles is dead, Emma was stripped of her telepathy, and Teen Jean just became aware of hers. I have high hopes for this title, and I think Psylocke is really going to push the book. Storm will help, and so will Puck, but Psylocke has a very exciting opportunity here, and he may not have been kidding when he said "watch the throne".....

Cables X-Force, seems to be piggybacking off of UXF. Yes Cable started it, but how coincidental to have another X-Force book, after a very successful run........ They really should have named it something else, and the characters all kinda suck..... Cept' Domno of course..l

As per Wolverine and the X-Men, following Charles's death, Rachel is now the world's most powerful telepath.

I forgot about her (mainly bc that book is not my forte), I wonder given Betsy's new omega status who is the better telepath. Yes Rachel has more shear power, but as Emma showed skill goes a long way. Betsy has been proving to be pretty resourceful as of late. She even used her TP to attack Archolypse, a feat Phoenix powered AoA Jean failed at.

I would never want to see them fight, I enjoyed them together in Uncanny when Betsy first returned. I still think she has an opportunity here. Whenever a telepath is knocked down a new one always steps forward. Just look at Emma, especially since Jeans death.....

Speaking of Rachel, Sam Humphries named her one of his top 5 Marvel heroines,

and we're getting two or three more members so maybe there's a chance she'll join UXF.

Rachel would be perfect. She needs to be saved from the school.

Good Odds for Rachel then. Its not like she is really getting used. And most think Bishop. If only for the awesome potential of what happens when UXF and CAXF meet.

I never thought I'd say this as books with a predominantly female cast should appeal to a female reader, but the new look Uncanny X Force looks plain daft. The cast line up is ridiculous and it seems the whole point of it is to find somewhere to put Storm and Psylocke. Storm should have been the founder of the JGI, and Psylocke could have been in UA - rather than Rogue, who will never seem like an Avenger to me.

I agree. This title doesn't seem appealing at all to me.

I'm looking forward to cable & x-force, but the other title looks pretty lame to me, though that's mainly due to Puck and Storm.

    Precisely this.

Agreed, I've really enjoyed both the Kyle/Yost and Remender eras.
