Maybe Hulk 2099 from his time in the Exiles e.g. http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=6542. It fits with the ears, lack of hair and eyebrow and the vein at the temple.

I think the size of the ears on the Hulk vary from panel to panel, from comic to comic, from graphic author to graphic author, from version to version... However I thought that in all versions there were no sharp eyes and no bulging forehead veins which are often visual cues about intelligence http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.ph...atingStupidity (see the picture in this article)

I was certain it was one of the green lanterns... How could you know it was that green lantern of all of them? :O

W0w I never knew of such a hulk, that is probably the right answer! :o (I am still surprised I could discover Superman and Wolverine from what I saw of them)

The Flash has a mouth piece...
Because Kyle Rayner has a grab mask, Guy doesn't wear a mask, neither does Stewart (and he's black), Alan Scott has a purple mask so it Jordan's mask. Plus he's the most popular Lantern.

Yeah, it's definitely the Flash, you can tell by the little pointy jag that sticks down on his cheek.

I don't buy that #7 is the hulk because there's no side burn. This character has a shaved head.

I would think Deathlok, except that his skin should be more brown than green.

Could it be Brainiac or a head-shaven Brainiac 5?

I'm no expert on the Hulk, but there have been times when he's been shown with his hair clean shaven on the sides, and just on the top of his head.

    It's obviously about superheroes.

I think #7 may be Vril Dox? It's a little strange since all the others are iconic characters, but I can't think who else it could be...

I was leaning towards Braniac 5 too.... though he's usually blonde....
