I never realised the Hulk had such small ears.

I think the size of the ears on the Hulk vary from panel to panel, from comic to comic, from graphic author to graphic author, from version to version... Because Kyle Rayner has a grab mask, Guy doesn't wear a mask, neither does Stewart (and he's black), Alan Scott has a purple mask so it Jordan's mask. Plus he's the most popular Lantern.

I don't buy that #7 is the hulk because there's no side burn. This character has a shaved head.

I would think Deathlok, except that his skin should be more brown than green.

Could it be Brainiac or a head-shaven Brainiac 5?

I'm no expert on the Hulk, but there have been times when he's been shown with his hair clean shaven on the sides, and just on the top of his head.
