I just found out that Barrows has left Nightwing and now on Teen Titans. I am going to drop Nightwing especially with all these lackluster artists on it...It's kinda sad

I still can't get over when Trevor McCarthy did issue 4. His art wasn't bad, but it was certainly not as good as Barrows. Between Ryp and Cifuentes, I prefer the latter, but I'm still going to miss Barrows.

I still can't get over when Trevor McCarthy did issue 4. His art wasn't bad, but it was certainly not as good as Barrows. Between Ryp and Cifuentes, I prefer the latter, but I'm still going to miss Barrows.

I thought Trevor McCarthy's was maybe the best drawn issue of the series, and what he's doing on Batwoman has been pretty great. Can't say im much of a fan of Ryp or Cifuentes, only really seen samples of their work and nothing has stood out (and can only find inking samples of the guy solicited on 18), but Barrows needed to go. Not gonna miss him at all.

Why is it taking so long for DC to release this Batman solicitation?

Beats the hell out of me. I saw the Newsrama solicits when they were up. Nothing looked bad or shocking by any stretch of the imagination outside of the guest writer on Batgirl. I don't see what else could be the problem besides that.

Speaking of those solicits, Trevor McCarthy is back as the artist for Batwoman, so that's great for me.

Kind of crazy. The Dark solicits are being kept under wraps also. I am guessing that is b/c of Snyder leaving Swamp Thing.

Looking at that Batwoman cover again it really is amazing. Also it is disappointing that Nightwing continues to have such dull covers. Just not much creativity there. I mean no mention of Batman being in the issue but they still have him take up the majority of the cover regardless. Looks more like a Batman lead book cover honestly. Why couldn't Nightwing be in the center of the cover of his own title?

Wow The Joker ****ed the Batman Family Hard by the end of this arc........ Everyone is falling apart over it and damn!!!! That Red Hood Cover is Amazing. Batman and Red Hood Have some of the best covers in Dc man!!

Alright, that Outlaws cover has me interested. I will give this new direction a shot. Red Hood is the only New 52 left on my pull list, but DC is making it easy to leave with all this editorial hoopla!
