He's got reason to be irritated with Tony over Civil War, Namor for nuking a city full of civilians, and Reed for staying neutral when he might have helped defuse the war with the X-Men.

Tony has reason to be irritated with him for the same reason; Namor might be mad at him for siding with the Avengers and for not offering help to the mutants when they were in trouble; and Reed may count him among the ones poking a hornets' nest with AvX and not letting the Phoenix do its thing.
