Lol, the dialogue is fine pedants.
It is amazing and will be amazing. Not as amazing as Fraction/Land but still amazing. I guarantee the review threads will be some of the best.
So far I'm digging it.
Currently Following: Uncanny Avengers; All-New X-Men; Avengers; Thor GoT; Indestructible Hulk; Batman
Waiting to Follow: Nova; New Avengers; Wolverine
Ok I read #3 earlier today and I thought it was good enough. I can see where people's complaints about dialogue come from, but I still liked the issue. The art was especially impressive in this issue. The best art so far. So I'm still enjoying this series.

It's epic, it's a nice epic take on the X-Men epic.

The Best There Is At What I Do
I THINK its an awesome book so far cant wait to see what the book is like after the first arc
X-Fan Forever/ also like Spider-Man,Invaders,Black Widow Winter Soldier
It's making me appreciate Matt Fraction's run more, at least his was goofy fun, character interaction hijinks, and classic X-Men style shenanigans. Bendis's ANXM feels exactly like reading any one of his Avenger books. So, if you all are liking his work, go back and read his Avengers books starting from Disassembled onward. I think Bendis' worst era was his Osborn led Dark Avengers run, and sadly I don't think he ever really recovered from that. Look for an Osborn/Sentry relationship to bud between Magneto and Scott, all the ground work is already established. Bendis never really deviates from his writing style and ticks.
Bendis' X-Men stuff is more classic X-Men shenanigans than General Summers and his army.
Matt Fraction's General Summers and the X-Army was the spring board for Kieron Gillen's Extinction Team. Gillen then admitted his whole run was set up for AvX. So there really wouldn't be any Extinction Team without the ground work by Fraction, the cooperation between Gillen and Fraction, and then Gillen taking what came before and setting up the Extinction Team for AvX.

There is much hate for Bendis dialogue here. Anyone care to elaborate? I've only read #1 and thought it was mostly decent. Does everyone sound the same? Is it obnoxiously snarky or stilted or tone deaf?
I haven't read everything from Marvel Now (Avengers, Uncanny Avengers, Hulk and this) but this is my favourite title I've read so far. LOVE IT! (maybe because I'm mostly only superficially familiar with the goings on in the x-books)
His Illyana is suffering as well, but not to as great of an extent. She's pretty bland and isn't speaking like she has for the last couple of years. But his Magneto is pretty good so far.
The rest is just fine. I actually had no problems with anything until this issue and Emma's dialogue.
