Taskmaster and Daredevil have fought before, more than once. Offhand, Daredevil (1st series) #292-293 and #318.

Yeah, Taskmaster would be a great battle.

I think Daredevil works the best when hes tackling his courtroom cases, so criminal empires and such are always real fun cause of the crime involved. In fact I just read David Hines Daredevil: Redemption and it was an amazing mini without a super villain whatsoever. Ive also enjoyed his bout with the Spot. Waid turned a dumb villain into a credible threat, it was great.

The Owl needs a good revamp I think, hes been a joke far too long.

I haven't read all of Vol.1 so I didn't know that. Thanks for the heads up. It should be an interesting read!

So introduce a new Gladiator. I'm easy.
But it is fear, my friends, not the snake, that holds us back.

Easy enough to bring Gladiator back. Give him a reason to get pissed off or put him in dire-straights and make him have to do something to get out of it.

I think Jester's career as an actor is the key to making him unique, that is what should be highlighted and think giving him someone in his past who wronged him and ruined his acting career, gives him a story that would be different from a typical Joker story.
A revenge motive for Jester would be a nice new start.I loved Jester and is one of the villains that i want to see back in DD.

No but seriously, put Gladiator on parole, make him not able to get a job, go homeless and eating from garbage cans. Then make him an offer he can't refuse. Millions of dollars for a hit right when he is at his breaking point. Once he snaps he could return to his old self and return to being a psycho.

No reason for you not to. I am just saying if you want to make him a serious threat again and see him fight to kill like in the old DD books. I just think the reformed Gladiator won't be used as a villain and I want to see them fight again in the future.
