"Great Pacific" #2 has Joe Harris and Martin Morazzo do what I've never seen before with a second issue: make me wish that this had been the first issue, instead.

I've been curious about the title and it seems like it is pretty good. I'll try to read it if I get a chance.
I really love this title right now. While I agree that this issue probably could have been number 1, I still liked both. Number 1 probably could have been better off as a number 0 later in the series. Image has another winner on their hands in my opinion
It's an interesting premise, a different lead character (no superheroes here; not even a particularly likeable lead character here, but not one who's dislikeable, either) with believable flaws, and a wide open future. will continue to pre-order it...

I will check that ............
In brightest day, in blackest night,
No evil shall escape my sight
Let those who worship evil's might,
Beware my power... Green Lantern's light
I thought the first issue was...interesting but wasn't really taken by it. I'll give the first story arc a chance before signing on or not. I did like the portrayal of the Maasai, though.
