As in, which one do we recommand you to buy?
That's a tricky question. Not because there is any ambiguity which one is the best: it's Morrison's Action Comics . Superman had 3 good issues, but it will need a few more to see how it goes.
What makes the question tricky is the fact that Morrison's run on Action is pretty much ending in two issues, and jumping in now would be quite hard.
And we don't really know if his successor will be good or not.
So, if you're willing to buy the TPBs and the back issues, try Action. If not, settle on the last 3 issues (0,12,13) of Superman.

A robotic journey toward the American Dream: MADE in USA.
I never understood what was the big deal about "For All Seasons", to be honest. I mean it's a good atmospheric story, for sure, but I always felt the plot was kind of uninteresting (and had quite a glaring flaw: How could Superman believe Lex when he told him he was the one responsible for the infection in Metropolis-a place he has lived in for only a few months- when he has spent 17 years of his life living in Smallville without anyone ever being sick?). the art is great though, even if I'm not such a fan of big "teddy bear" Superman .
"I'm going to paraphrase Nietzsche, when you judge a work, the work judges you."
But I'm agree with Auguste : the teddy bear look is not my favorite one !
I'm going to say Superman.
There are four stages of matter. Solid. Liquid. Gas & Don't. It's science.
I am a male. Deal with it.
I was all ready to say "Superman" with how fantastic #0 and #13 were, but then #14 disappointed me and really turned me off from this H'El on Earth business. And then Action Comics #15 dropped a megaton bomb of an issue. So Action once again safely reclaims the throne.
It will be interesting to compare Action and Superman once the new Action run starts, because with Daniel and Rocafort, both titles will have similar artistic sensibilities, and they've said Action will be far more intertwined with continuity. So the small differences between the two titles will probably become exaggerated.
