Stomp I'd say for Dormy. Adding Plas isn't going to do anything but add another body to the pile.

EDIT: I guess you could try to argue about a speedsteal(I have before) working..but I kinda feel silly about thinking it would work. I think the very best case scenario is if Dormy lacks any credible telepathic resistance but..it's still iffy. More then likely the JLA end up as piles of ash on the arena floor.

Dormammu being a fellow who can telepathically control people like Mordo across dimensions (actually, he does a lot with Telepathy), and a cosmic level mage whose will easily rivals if not exceeds that of Stephen Strange (Strange being a fellow who basically says 'screw you' to telepaths based purely on said will)...I'm not sanguine on mental attacks being of any use against him.

He has probably also said 'bite me' to the Eye of Agamotto to boot, but I'd have to look for specific feats of that.

I'm iffy on the speedsteal myself. Dormammu's edging close to Odin-territory in raw power ('My tantrums may well destroy dimensions!'), and has demonstrated a handy-dandy 'point and shoot' control of time and space himself.
