Well said. People should let things play out.

I think issue 3 is my favourite, just slightly.

And Pulido's art is okay, I still can't wait for Aja's art again!

Tbh, I'd prefer any other artist to Pulido, there's something about his faces I don't like - The artist for Clint's section in issue 7 would be my first choice.

They're right to be concerned. I believe the whole point in suggesting he may have assassinated someone was to get a reaction out of the fans, which it did. Like I said, glad I didn't go all out "IMA DROP THIS BOOK NOW" when it happened. Always had a feeling it was a big psyche out.

Okay, I recently re-read this issue, and is it just me or is there a pretty big plot-related mistake between issues 4 and 5? Issue 4 shows the ninjas descending on a sleeping Clint. Then it jumps to the NEXT DAY, when Kate disguised as Mme. Masque wins the tape at auction. The next issue, 5, begins with Clint being attacked by the ninjas. Meanwhile, Kate watches the tape, then gets caught by Masque's goons.

The tape she won at the auction. The auction that took place a day *after* the ninjas descended on Clint. So... did the ninjas descend on him, then stand there waiting next to his sleeping form a whole day before attacking? It seems like the creative team forgot that the ninja scene in #4 happened a day before the final moments of that issue, not simultaneously.

It's not the NEXT DAY. The building windows show rooms with and without lights. It's still evening. Hollingsworth just did a stylistic choice of coloring the background yellowish.
I don't think there's a current mainstream American superhero comic book that can touch Hawkeye right now. Brilliant all the way. Entertaining and technically outstanding at the same time.
