He'd have less new gadgets but he'd carry on using the the equipment he already has. He still has his brains and training to keep doing what he does effectively.

It is clear he thinks of himself more as Batman than Bruce Wayne. So even without the money, his crusade would still continue. As was stated in other comments, there have been story arcs where he went without his money and resources. No Man's Land being the best example to me.

he goes broke getting his company out of trouble in the batman beyond comics, even though he has a controlling interest and powers and his boy are out of the picture a corperate raider attempts to kill off his company causing worker unrest and strikes and making the shares plummet.so wayne buys all the shares and makes wayne enterprises (not wayne powers) a non public company and ends the strike by acceding to the workers demands .His entire personal fortune is gone ,he's completely broke, but does still own a giant corporation so im sure he wont be eating cold beans out of a tin for long

We had that story Pre-Crisis,when Hugo Strange planned a Born Again scenario on Batman. But while Murdock snapped,Bruce was pretty much in calm, trying to figure out a way to win in this situation.

It's been stated that he does that. Mainly to fund Oracle. Don't know if he still does it.
