I don't really see how he could be part of the Xmen given how he set the course for HoM to happen, hence the decimation of mutantkind.

He's an Avenger. And given how there is zero-speedster in the current roster, his contribution would be welcomed. Besides, he would prefer to spend some time with his beloved sister in Uncanny Avengers, rather than with daddy-yo in Uncanny Xmen. My 2 cents.

No....I see house of M...decimation as his fault.

He manipulated his mentally ill sister into changing the world. When he got caught out and Magneto brought his fury down on him he desreved it....and that is when crazy Wanda wrecked everything(she is still ill in my opinion).

Then he almost causes a war with the inhumans and people get killed. Experiments on his own daughter...gets some exmutants killed.

And then he weasels out of it all.

He should answer for Wanda's crimes....accessory and instigator..
