    It's just kinda intrinsic to his basic character. If they changed him it wouldn't be Barry anymore. I just personally never found him that interesting. Vanilla and bland is his "thing".

    To the poster who said Wally got his ending? Everything you said about Wally can be said about Barry except Barry saved the universe doing it. I don't want to get into Barry Wally debate. My opinion is if someone has to die in a DC event I wouldn't mind it if it was Barry. Return him to his finest moment.

    But didn't Wally "become" Barry near the end of his ride as the Flash? Did you dislike him by this time, too?

    He didn't become Barry. But I did dislike how they were obviously writing him into a corner so they could make way for Barry.

    He wasn't a clone of Barry, of course, but he was closer to him by this point than he was to himself at the start of his Flash career.
