Rick Remender set the bar pretty high with Uncanny X-Force and I'm not convinced that Stan Humphries is up to the task after seeing how poorly received his Ultimates run was. But I'm more than willing to give him a chance. I like what he's setting up here, putting Psylocke and Storm into this new predicament that will have them walking that fine moral gray line that they didn't used to walk. They're two characters that really have taken a beating on a personal level over the past year. Both had their relationships fall apart and both saw the X-men as they knew it undergo some serious shifts. I'm very interested to see how this leads to a new X-Force, especially if it's drastic enough to have Storm go back to her mohawk look.

Looks and sounds good. I'm more excited especially with that interior art, whew! I like how Humph continually refers to Betsy as a "survivor" as it echoes my own sentiments about the character.
And that Bishop/Psylocke cover is gorgeous. Frenemies reunited. <3

Yep, so far this is soundin' and lookin' just as good as I expected it to. The far-fetched ideas and "out of left field" characters are exactly what is makin' this title so interesting.

I have to say, I'm really looking forward to this book. That artwork is fucking gorgeous.

Storm & Psylocke coming face to face with Bishop is something I'm extremely interested in, I'm keen to see how Humphries handles it.

And as for the final member that we're going to be introduced to (no, I'm not interested in contributing to membership speculation), I here Magma isn't doing anything......
