I am guessing it's Bishop who joins the team.
"That's a very nice school you have here, it'd be a shame if someone dropped some Sentinels on it"
Woot! This looks great.
I'm excited for Betsy and Bishop to hate each other some more!
I have no burning desire to read this book, but it looks like it might share some of the most basic leitmotifs of the Lynch oeuvre, from industrial machinery to duality of women. Spiral herself looks steeped out of Lynchian lore. And of course, Puck and the gibberish-speaking dwarf totem in Twin Peaks. What it is missing is a bit of Kyle Maclachlan subversive kink, i.e. uberrelatability.
Lowe should have billed Astonishing as Greg Araki meets The Wedding Crashers.

I'm on board with Spiral and Puck and if Humphries wants just wants to do a wholesale import of Coops, I'd be okay with that. You could even give them post-op Fantomex as a nod to David Duchovny's Agent Denise. I'd would like to be surprised, but to me it seems Lowe might be overselling things, just a tad.
