LOL. Absolutely. And Marvel set this all up by throwing some c-listers in the pot to begin with.

I am guessing it's Bishop who joins the team.

I...just can't...It almost feels like I'm trolling his incredibly bad taste.

    Woot! This looks great.
I'm excited for Betsy and Bishop to hate each other some more!

If you're looking for shock value, Nick Lowe, I suggest you look in the mirror.
I have no burning desire to read this book, but it looks like it might share some of the most basic leitmotifs of the Lynch oeuvre, from industrial machinery to duality of women. Spiral herself looks steeped out of Lynchian lore. And of course, Puck and the gibberish-speaking dwarf totem in Twin Peaks. What it is missing is a bit of Kyle Maclachlan subversive kink, i.e. uberrelatability.

I hope that's the role Clusterfuck is going to fill.

Lowe should have billed Astonishing as Greg Araki meets The Wedding Crashers.

The book sounds more like the Boy Meets World reunion.

As per All New All Different X-Factor, Maclachlan's character is Val Cooper's brother.

I'm on board with Spiral and Puck and if Humphries wants just wants to do a wholesale import of Coops, I'd be okay with that. You could even give them post-op Fantomex as a nod to David Duchovny's Agent Denise. I'd would like to be surprised, but to me it seems Lowe might be overselling things, just a tad.

Wow. Val Cooper needs to come back into the books immediately.
