My memory of the incredibly stupid S-Cry-Ed manga is a bit sketchy but I recall mid-level Kazuma tanking city-busting lasers to the face without any real damage so... while Knives is more than capable of blitzing the shit out of him, he can't really hurt Kazuma all that much. All Kazuma needs is one punch and it's over.

So yeah, Kazuma takes it.
