How conceited and paranoid can you be? The world doesn't revolve around you. People have the right to discuss whatever they want to discuss. I like to see annoying characters I don't like to die in horrible ways and I don't care that some people like them, I find it silly to care about other people's "feelings". This thread isn't about you. It's about characters that should be killed. We have a right to discuss that and if you don't want to discuss it don't go barging into a thread that discusses such things.

Personally, I find the nature of Arena discussions, when they are positive, to be more mean spirited than anything else. Focusing on hate of the participants and their destruction. Is it any wonder that people who like it either avoid these threads like the plague, allowing people to stew in their own malice, or enter such threads to voice their displeasure. Is S/D a bit too far with it? Yeah, I'd say so.

But that there are not trolls provoking him? That the posters who start these threads are so focused on the negative aspects without realizing it, that they construct provocative titles with little concern for others? Yeah, that's also true.

It's not an either/or scenario. There is no innocent party here.

Yes. That is also true. But honestly, more tactful phrasing would be great.
