Yeah, it's not surprising AT ALL. I love how they had to babble on about how CRAZY issues 3 and 4 are and that's why Cassady's hand cramps flaired. I'll laugh when the panels are desolate.

Pretty much how I feel. The one artist that I see get a lot of praise is Stefano from Avengers Assemble. I just can't get into his art. From expressions to this bloated look he gives everyone. If that is the charm then I'm not feeling it.

Yeah, the comic. It was good at the beginning. I think that the popularity from the show has influenced it a bit. My biggest gripe is that they've brought in an antagonist recently who's just like the main character from The Boys. It's a series that's fallen victim to being gritty for the sake of being gritty.

The problem I have with Remender is that he seems to plan a story and then throws in a bunch of characters (often ones he loved as a kid) and mangles them so they fit his idea of that story and what that character should be like. Character continuity be damned. And a lot of pretentious narration boxes. At least Bendis' are properly ridiculous.

My mind is still blown that he made Hawkeye the leader of a black ops squad. Brash, loudmouth, dumbass "I hate killing waaaah" Clint Barton.

Remender is pretty dang overrated in my book. I mean, I have sort of enjoyed his comics before but overall I would not be able to praise him with anything more than average.

I don't know how anyone could stand reading the Boys. Just an unpleasant book all together. Which isn't a surprise considering the writer.

Yeah, his Secret Avengers is a crime. Every issue I can't believe we're still fighting these robots.

It's finished, and it wasn't Rocket Science.

The same happened to Invincible. It's just a Kirkman thing.

Yeah, I'm about to do the same. I find some parts interesting, but I could do without the wholly unnecessary language and random, unprompted sexual acts every two seconds.

I've never read Invincible. Even with the decline, is it a good series?

Quite possibly the dumbest comic I've ever read.

There's a distinct correlation between the number of people who review comics on their blogs and awful people who don't understand comics.

It starts off great. It becomes meh around issue 70.
