I too shall go with Post-Crisis versions.
Captain America Vs Batman: Batman. The Ultility Belt is his friend here. Without it, I'd give this to Steve.
Iron Man vs Wonder Woman: Wonder Woman, for pretty much every reason folks above have mentioned. She has the speed, she has the strength. What Tony doesn't have is a chance in hell.
Thor Vs Superman: Superman. Speed all the way. Without it, Thor ought to be able to do stupid hammer tricks to win.
Hulk Vs Shazam: Shazam (yes, he is called that now) hurls Hulk into orbit.
The Vision Vs Martain Manhunter: Dunno J'oon's speed, but there is literally nothing Vision can do to him. Best he can manage is to go intangible and stay that way for a draw. But everyone else has mentioned Manhunter's speed, so he probably just tears Vision apart at the bell.
Wolverine Vs Lobo: Lobo fights guys like Superman. That means that when this fight starts, he hits Logan so hard that all the flesh literally explodes off of that adamantium skeleton. Even if Logan can somehow regenerate from that, he's a lot softer without his metal bones.
Deadpool Vs Deathstroke: Not really familiar enough with either to say, but from the sounds of things Deathstroke has the edge in combat, but none of it sticks due to Deadpool being an immortal regenerating guy. I'd guess he can take Deadpool apart, confiscate his weapons, and sit on him while applying a joint lock while waiting for the ten-count, though.
The Invisible Woman Vs Aquaman: Yup, Aquaman is pretty powerful even on land. That means he's having a pretty powerful seizure when bloodlusted Sue does the aneurysm thing.
As for the media stuff, I honestly didn't bother reading that part. I guess if I had to pick the best series and movies I've seen, I'll go with Batman: TAS for series, and the Avengers and various lead ins for movies.
Not such a big fan of X-Men: TAS, even if it did give us this classic moment:
