Hey guys. I need some help from some super fans. I am looking at making a tee for my boyfriend for Christmas but need a little help with the detail. I thought I could work it out myself with Google but haven't had much luck! Is there a way of possibly working out approx dates of Bane's time in Santa Prisca prison? I know that he was born there but I cant work out when his first comic appearance was so I can count his age back to see when he was born and then work out the age that he left. :-/ ANY help would be much appreciated.

The "vengeance of bane" give a clearer picture of the timeline of his stay in prison, I don't have right now on my hand right now, but it give all you need to know about his origins.

He was born in the prison. He is honestly first seen still with his umbilical cord. It never says exactly how old he was when he broke out, but he was around 30 or so.

Also, I do have this on my person right now so go ahead if you have other questions.

Here the gist of thing

Bane's mother was capture and condemn while she was pregnant.

While his mother was alive, he lived in the prison infirmary

Eventually his mother died leading to him being sent into the general prisonner population, by then he was six years old.

Now spend about a day in the cell block, until some fighting led him to be sent into a coma for about 31 ays.

When he came back he did his first murder, the warden had him sent into solitary isolation for 4000 days (about 10 years or so)

So when he was finally release and brought back among other convict he was about 16, past that point the timing become a bit hazzy, its pretty clear that he spend some number of years between the moment he learn about Batman and his escape but I can't quite how. His cellmate the one that tell him and he meet him shortly after his release from isolation meaning that Batman was active by the time he was sent there.
