A runaway zap of Pym Particles makes Cap as large as a japanese Godzilla - say Final Wars for fun. His physical attributes as far as strength are scale up as would be durability for someone that large. The shield grows also.
Can he take Godzilla or Gino? I'd beat Gino would be easy.

He could beat Gino, but I don't see him beating FW Godzilla, who can throw kaiju over the horizon.
