Yeah just have him do cool stuff with his powers. Not talking about ripping off of Avatar or anything like that but summoning ancient beast and sick it on folks.

Still I agree the audience isn't stupid, they know who the superheroes are so unless they are doing different with the origins just a brief explaination of the origins of the league members wouldn't hurt

Gotta be careful, i don't like the aquaman stories where the first half of the story is justifying aquaman having his own comic.

But how many genre films is WB going to make into the lead up to summer 2015?

I think the better route is to replace the normal clip-show trailer with a 2-2.5 minute Secret Origin introduction montage of the League.

Or to simply just treat the live-action JLA movie like the recent DCU OVAs and just assume the audience is familiar and/or can figure it out quickly.
