I just looked at the description and it says moving day and he says goodbye to friends but the arc before this issue he's already living in Phily??

If memory serves me right, I believe in the issues before #30 he is summoned to Philly to take care of some baddies. While there he decides that this is where he wants to move (at the end of issue 27.1 he was still unsure where he wanted to go, he just knew he wanted to leave NYC). Can't remember where exactly I heard this from, so make of it what you will.
