Should have asked why the third movie was paced so badly.

Should have asked why Batman in his movies constantly preaches about not killing but always kills the bad guy at the end of the movie.
Eh, Comics is a pretty cool guy...
Dogpile!
Perhaps you should have asked him about Bruce Wayne's "magical cast" and how this fits into a more realistic world.
Why didn't you ever tell Christian Bale his batman voice sounded like he was trying to hard and anytime he had to speak at length with it he sounded stupid?
That's a fair question, because it isn't insulting to him.

Even Luca$ gets grilled for his movies less often than Nolan does. At least we got 1/2/3* awesome Batman films and an interpretation that blew away the previous screen incarnations.

But I know there's no answer to that.
No one ever accused Nolan of ruining their childhood.
On the other hand, fans of Nolan's work have threatened the lives of critics who messed up The Dark Knight Rises' Rotten Tomatoes score.
Actually, he probably doesn't give a shit about what anyone thinks. He made that clear when he defended his most ardent fans and remained mum about the death threats.
Hey, but at least he recognized the tragedy in Colorado.
Love it when people get offended that others find problems in movies that aren't perfect.
