Like it says on the tin. Khazan arena match, standard equipment for both Selina and Natasha.

Natasha has some decent damage soak (getting back up after having had a heavy-looking pipe blocking her leg for a bit, some indirect damage while fleeing away from Hulk). Better than what Catwoman has shown, and... oh wait, standard equipment... This is even worse, Widow having a taser, and IIRC a gun. If Selina and us are lucky, she might cut Widow's catsuit away before getting KTFO.

However, make it a stealth fight, and you have a match, Selina being weaker than Batman, but outstealthing him somewhat ("That's what it feels like" scene + detecting him in spite of him trying to do his stealth thing in the entrance of Bane's lair, I think) and outstealthing Natasha clearly (since BatBale would stand a far better chance against Natasha in a stealth fight, yeah...)

Widow has some decent stealth feats (though not quite on Baleman or Selina's level) such as sneaking up on Loki and on Hawkeye. In Khazan, Natasha wins easily, but like Gemini said, a scenario would be interesting to say the least.

Natasha seemed like she was at least as good of a fighter and probably(alot) better. Plus, she had guns.
