    Seeing as How Universal is Rebooting there Mummy Franchise, With Len Wiseman (Directed Underworld 1-3, live free or die hard, Total Recall remake, married to Kate Beckensale) set to direct, i was looking back at past Mummy Films and was wondering WHAT ARE YOUR THIOUGHTS ON THEASE FILMS?     Dang you think people have seen this much Mummy films? Holly molley.

    I thought the first one with Karloff was ok but you never see him bandages much. And it's very slow. It's directed by Dracula's Todd Browning so you know it's gonna be slow.

    My favorite Mummy flick is probably Hammer's The Mummy, although it's not the greatest flick. Followed in second place by Abott and Costello.

    Those I disliked the most are the CGI-filled Branden Frasier ones.

    There are people who haven't seen these movies?!

    Anyway, I was never a big fan of the Mummy. IMO, it was always the weakest of Universal's monsters, except for the Abbott & Costello movie.

    The Hammer version and The Awakening were... alright.

    But I don't think I've enjoyed any so much as the Brendan Fraser movies. It seems the only way I can enjoy a mummy is when it has a heavy dose of comedy.

    What? No Wrestling Women vs the Aztec Mummy?! Bah! This needs a remake!!
