Looking forward to the book, I like Valkyrie but I LOVE Dani Moonstar. I am excited to see her out of the Xuniverse and getting more exposure. I enjoy Misty Knight, though I haven't read a ton of stuff with her in it. I am really hoping that Patsy Walker shows up. She is my favorite Defender.
I do love the idea of all the guest stars and using so many female characters. I think it is great, because there are some sorely underused ladies in the Marvel Universe.

Patsy is showing up, but maybe not on the team.

I'm very excited, but I think the fact we're having these new interactions makes me thrilled. I love when characters finally meet one another and aren't side characters to A-list stuff.

The Covenant seen from Bunn's Wolverine and the Captain America & Namor issues? I kind of like the group actually... and an interesting thing there is that Elsa Bloodstone is a member as she inherited her fathers position following his death. So, if they do appear, it could mean Elsa might be seen at the very least as one of their number if not a member of the Fearless Defenders.

If the Covenant do make an appearance, well it makes me like how Cullen tends to weave his past storyarcs into new ones.

Haven't actually pre-ordered yet. I plan to in January...mostly because the comic book place here, I only pass by when I'm going to the university, and well, school's currently out. But that's good to here. Nice to know I won't be alone, heh.

(I'm also a little pissed at Secret Avengers 35. That solicit was such a lie. I barely saw Torch, Venom was around for all of two pages and no Valkyrie! Although, I think that suggests she's basically backstopping whatever masterplan Widow's come up with and will do something awesome in 36. =S On the other hand, looks like Valky might actually get to rescue Venom for once in Venom's comic instead of repeatedly playing damsel in distress like she has been in SA.)

I've heard talk of the team needing a scientist/genius type among it's ranks, and I was wondering if anyone knows what ever happened to Cybermancer suit creator Suzi Endo after she became the Seeker?



She was given part of the power cosmic from what I can gather(making her also a good cosmic character choice too) but, well, did she survive that Silver Surfer series? Is she someone anyone would even care to see again?
