Im with you here, I hope that Tanner's strategy is more complex than what is suggested.

Oh and as an aside, for me the whole point of Stormwatch is to be miles ahead of Justice League and the other regular DC superhero team books.

Yeah that's what attracted me to the whole Stormwatch concept, especially how it works in the New 52.

It hasn't quite lived up to my expectations, but it's easy to be miles ahead of the current JL book.
