Freedom is the ability to live without fear of persecution. Nothing more, and certainly nothing less.
My only 'complaint' is that, while it will have been some months since the initial launch of Marvel NOW, it seems soooo close to the relaunch. It just feels weird to have one initiative that basically changes the status quo for a lot of books, and then have it happen again so soon.
While I am looking forward to the event, I do hope that the Thunderbolts book isn't too affected.
Heavily delayed.

I don't think it will be a game changer. It'll probably play out much like Fear Itself, where certain books will have elements that come out of it (Cap and Thor in FI), but the Marvel Universe remains largely oblivious to it's aftershocks.

It's happened before. The most glaring example in my mind is the recently released NTT 'Games' over at DC. When plans shifted on the book, those fantastic Perez pages lingered in limbo for over 20 years before someone got the ball rolling.
This was obviously meant for a specifc place, but Marvel decided that AvX was a better springboard and that uniting the brands was a wise marketing strategy.
AvX clearly evolved into something while it was in progress. The lack of lead time on the 'flagship' Uncanny Avengers is telling of how late in the game these decisions were made.
It may have seen the light of day as a one off volume or something, sure. But I think the obvious shoehorning into the NOW initiative is in direct response to fan demand.
Or I'm completely wrong and choose to see rainbows and puppies where there are none. Hahaha.
