Huh. First time I noticed the skull imagery in the flares of the sun. Atomic Skull got himself a short origin in the recent Action Annual, maybe it was a small set up for this title.

Dunno about "dibs", Luthor's appearing in the very next issue of Superman.

    It's a cameo, not a Luthor story.

How do you know? I thought it was Superman trying to create an "ennemy mine" situation with Luthor. The guy is on the cover.

Default Superman L.I.P. should totally happen

Uh, because the crossover isn't called "Luthor in Prison." My original post was saying, I think Snyder is gonna do the big Superman vs Lex story that we haven't gotten yet.

Well,I,ll buy the first 6 or 7 issues and see how it goes.

Personally,I hope the stories are a little more "linear" than whats going on in Action Comics right now.

I like Jim Lees artwork.he did a really great job on Batman back in the day.

Could be a good "in" for new readers too.Which is what its all about ,I guess.

I do, I loved the hell out of ASBAR and wished Lee never wasted his time on Justice League. At least Miller gets that SMWW pairing has no real or deep value and it's just supersex. I'm looking foward to Man of Steel (I like Snyder, shoot me) but I wish Lee would just finish the 6 issues of ASBAR left and Europa (anyone else really want to see that happen?).

I'm looking forward to this book. DC has been killing it with the Superman line. Now, if only they could get the Superboy book back on track.
There are four stages of matter. Solid. Liquid. Gas & Don't. It's science.
I am a male. Deal with it.

Yeah, I can see Snyder starting out with a new villain. Parasite might be a good fit for him to introduce into the new 52 world. With three Superman books hopefully each writer introduces some good new villains. I'm interested to see what this book will be like though.
