Serious Answer to this question:

Most of Wanda's Coat as you can see from the Picture below covers most for Wanda's Upper body and Arms and the tail part of it goes down to Wanda's Ankles. Wanda has very long Red boots on and that look like they go into a Red jumpsuit underneath. Their was one variant cover that had this under Jumpsuit as Pink not Red, but that is the only one. That Cover is the 2nd Pic below.

No-Prize Answer- The Illuminati probably had contingency plans if one of the gems holders perished, after the incident with the Hood.

Meta Answer- It wasn't a consideration when the writers were planning Xavier's death, so it will be addressed if or when there is a story that deals with that thing.

Hoping for the contigency option. The "oops" option could just be funny to read tho.
