Default Hey guys, need comic gift help

Alright, you guys haven't failed me in the past.. I've asked for advice on gifts here and the person receiving the gift has always been really happy.

I'm looking for a gift for a young girl, 9 years old, but extremely smart.. reading at a much higher level. She's into mythology and especially cryptozoology. She loves the Loch Ness monster and chupacabra and all that. I've had success giving her graphic novels and comic books in the past.. she loves reading them, and I'd love to combine two things I know she likes. I know it might be tough to find comics appropriate for a 9 year old girl, but If you guys don't know about it, I'll at least know it probably doesn't exist. Thanks in advance

Superman Family Adventures, Young Justice, Green Lantern Animated, Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes, Marvel Adventures Spider-Man, GMan and Super Dinosaur are all great.

Wonder Woman and the new Amethyst book might appeal to a 9 year old girl into myth and magic. I think they'd be fine, but fair warning: they're not specifically kids books like the others.
Pull List; seems to be too long to fit in my sig...

Before Watchmen Silk Spectre... it's more for a teen aged girl though... 9 is very, very young indeed... you say she is far beyond the normal so that is good, you'd have to decide... it's very strong about women though, which is very good in these times...

Atomic Robo. Fun, not real dark, has a bit of mythology-type stuff and history and Robo is kinda cute too! :)

Zita the Spacegirl the first book. Wait until the 3rd book is released before buying #2. Zita is a great graphic novel for young girls. My daughter loves her.
