What did I miss about a New Xavier School?

It's in a ANXM preview. Cyclops is building it at the Weapon X facility, and readers are pretending to be upset over the fact.

Considering the new school is supposed to stay secret, it seems unlikely that anyone studying at the JGS would learn about it, much less get invited to transfer. Voluntarily, anyway.

Hellion really needs to leave the JGS. The role of bad boy was occupied by QQ, Julian actually has done nothing in the school, which are already overcrowded even before the joining of O5 and new recruits.

Why? well, I like Pixie, and don't really want t see her sidelined, if she's at the JGS she is sidelined. At NXS, she can provide an alternative to Illyana for transport at the very least. O5 for the humour in beats bringing them forward to combat Scott only for them to help him. Cuckoos because they've always seemed pro-cyclops to me; plus we don't really see much of them at the JGS ( they seem mainly used when Cerebra is needed, even then it's split with Rachel) Rachel because she also seems to largely support Cyclops; until he went off the rails in AvX she was actively supplying him info. Hope? well, it's be kinda nice for the Summers family to be working together for a change and the JGS staff woul;d probably be freaking out by then. (n especially since it'd cripple their ability to find new mutants. QQ is the only other mutant i can remember with telepathic abilities off the top of my head and i doubt he'd be trusted with Cerebra.

On the all new x men cover 2 she on wolverine side then in uncanny x men she is on cyclops side but there is supposed to be a spy on cyclops team so it could be her
