We have BatMAN, and BatWOMAN, and BatGIRL.What about Batboy?Yea it sounds silly and it's because we are not used to the name?Should there be a Batboy?

And there's been three more before him.
If you're suggesting creating a fifth just to complete a naming convention well I don't think that's a compelling reason to create a new character.
Seems, there once was a Batboy:
Real Name: Midge Merrill
First Appearance: Batman #90 (March 1955)

It sounds stupid.
Marvel: Mr. Franklin // Uriel & Eimin // Pixie // Cable // Sebastian Shaw // "X-Men" // Manifold
DC: Damian Wayne // Batman // Red Hood // Superman // Aquaman
Because it would look and sound as ridiculous and be taken as seriously as Bat-Mite:
In terms of the bat-mythos, Robin is the kid/teen character, Nightwing is the young adult character, and Batman is well - the MAN.
Pull list:
Adventure Time, Batgirl, Batman & Robin, Batwoman, BOP, Earth 2, He-Man, Guardians of the Galaxy, Katana, Shadowman, Swamp Thing, The Ultimates, Ultimate Spider-Man, Worlds' Finest
If they hadn't come up with Robin, we would have had Batboy.
Because it would be dumb and overkill. The bat family is already too big. (and we have Robin)
"You wouldn't like me when I'm happy" - Bruce Banner
Because Bat-Boy is real or do you not read The Weekly World News?
We do, his name is Robin.
Todd Nauck did a Batboy sketch for Young Justice but it was never used.
So glad they went with Robin and not anything like Batboy.
Now the sad thing is they’ve since cranked out so many Robin derivatives Batboy actually comes off more unique.
