What if somehow Thor of the Marvel Universe and Supergirl from the DC universe met and fell in love? How would this effect Asgard and the Superman family? The DC and Marvel Universe? How does it effect Loki, Lex and their foes?

How does Cousins Superman and Superboy take the news?

I sort of seeing it going like the Superman/Wonder Woman romance. I don't think the two really have enough common interest other than "work" to really maintain the relationship. Plus, when bouts of Warrior Madness and Super Mind Controlled start happening, I don't see it going well.

I've never seen Thor go into warrior madness. Is it really that common a thing?

Neither is common, I just imagine any storyline featuring the two dating will eventually go into domestic abuse for the drama.

Or Comet showing back up, and Thor not even really noticing the fact that his romantic rival is a horse because Loki has rendered him jaded to this sort of thing.

Imagine the arguments over time spent in the bathroom. And access to the hairdryer.

As noted, they have work and hair-care tips to bond over.

If this is pre-Crisis Supergirl, then they can also trade stories about the dickishness of their brothers/uncles/cousins.

Of course, this would mean that Loki and PC Superman might meet during the wedding, which would result in a bromance that would cause the universe to annihilate itself in self-defense.
