it would be pretty damn close, all the various abilites of his rings would give the mandarin the edge but still stark his power is out there he was able to wield mjolnir and shatter Captain America's Shield with it

Pretty sure he got taken out by F, so I reckon Mandarin has this one.

That said, I enjoyed Gregory kicking the snot out of the Ultimates. My favorite moment was when he plucked Mjonir out of Thor's hand, and Thor was like wut. They never bothered explaining how he pulled that off.

You know, in terms of that, Iron Man really is quite uber.

He is shielded against a, tends to stay out of range for b, Mandarin has never used c against him and d is something the Mandarin can only fire every twenty minutes or so, but e through h Iron Man has tanked with lesser or greater amounts of difficulty over the years. With less potent armors than the current ones.
