I think it is meant to be more of a shine than a hair tint. Spider-Woman has often had some shine added to her dark hair by artists. It makes it look better with some panels than straight black hair does.

You could be right. I never took it as hair shine, but I'm used to colored panels so, that may be the case.

Would he necessarily even know if it wasn't Peter under the mask? Does Stark still know Peter's identity post-BND? I wonder because the scene with Spider-Man is the only one where everyone is in full costume (aside from Manifold, who neither Stark or Rogers really has a relationship with). All the other notifications are made with Stark, Rogers, and the recruits in civvies.
