this is what I'm most worried about...the solicits for Uncanny X-Men mention there's a traitor in the midst and Emma is the obvious choice. too obvious? maybe, but it IS Bendis writing it.

Perhaps it's just a red herring… it's too obvious to be true. And just after only one arc, Bendis kicks one of core characters of the book out of the team? I really doubt it. But well… the only one I can find her/his reason of being a mole so far is Emma, so I won't be surprised if it happening.

i think emma frost should become an avenger and marry captain america =]

She's in it, yes. Why are you happy? Why would anyone be happy with a character you like being in a crossover? You saw what happened last time.

Also, there's no Cap. America, Reed Richards, Cyclops, Tony Stark, Thor, etc, so we're left with a team of mostly...street-level characters, and the one most likely to take over as leader is, coincidentally,,,...Luke Cage! Oh, Bendis...

AvX was a huge crossover event that affected the whole MU but Age of Ultron just seems like a side-event. X-Men as a whole actually have nothing to do with the Ultron thing unless Danger or Unit is involved in it.

How? Avx ignored all teams except X-Men and Avengers. The event did not have any importance to the Marvel universe.

During consequences, we found that only mutants were affected. Not even the Avengers were affected. Admittedly, the team was only a supporting role in the plot.

Not to mention that Age of Ultron what should happen instead of event created to overcome the new 52.

Yes, I agree. But being an event that is focused just two teams, it is difficult to put consequences to other characters who were not even involved.
