I don't really see Discworld Death entirely grasping the finer details of dating and while Endless Death finds him to be funny I think that she'd be happy to just be his friend.

Yeah, Discworld Death is kind of nonsexual.

He's also older, mentally at least, than Endless Death. She's mentally fun perky teenager, he's mentally a grandfather. They'd get on just fine, having a shared perspective on the Universe and both being immortal and essentially good natured but they wouldn't date or really be romantically interested in each other.

Death would enjoy the prospect of the Endless Family though, more people for him to hang out with.
