I dont see many people talking about Arkham Reborn. I picked this up with the Battle for the Cowl series and Streets of Gotham. I think this one was pretty good. Really like how it all played out in the end. This one happens along with Tony Daniels Battle for the Cowl and Dini`s Streets of Gotham.
But of course this is the internet so my opinion is wrong.

Ah, wonderful. Looks like you made the "nice list," no lump of coal for you. I might bump it up, but kinda torn, I really love the golden age pulpiness and romance and etc of Monster Men & Mad Monk.

It's so hard to weigh stories when they're great for different reasons.

I dont see many people talking about Arkham Reborn.

I like Arkham Reborn, it made a little more outta Jeremiah's Black Mask turn, but it'd take a very long list before I'd put it on one. I'm already leaving out many stories I really like, like Last Arkham, various LOTDK arcs, Alan Grant/Breyfogle, Joker Devils Advocate, Batgirl Year One, Dark Knight Dark City, Son of the Demon, Birth of the Demon, etc.

Mad Love - The episode is great, but this comic is just perfect. Bruce Timm really needs to draw more comics. So many people inspired by his style, but they aint nothing like the real thing. He's on another level.

Prey (LOTDK #11-15) - I know this sounds silly, but really reads like a Batman movie that we never got. The definitive Dr. Strange story in my mind. Wonderfully-illustrated action scenes from Gallucy, as you should expect from the definitive artist of Shang-Chi: Master of Kung Fu

Fear for Sale(DC #571) - Barr/Davis had a shamefully short run, but Year Two aside(which never happen!) they're all classic stuff, with Fear for Sale as my favorite. A brilliant concept: what if instead of preying on your fears, the Scarecrow took them all away? A great silver age style story with sharp characterzation and fantastic Alan Davis artwork. I don't think I've ever seen a meaner Batman uppercut.

The Joker: Devil's Advocate - Chuck Dixon may be the best Joker writer of them all. And this may be the best one he's written. What happens when Joker is finally get taken to court for murder....but this time it's for one he didn't commit!? Does Batman and co just let it slide!?

JLA: New World Order (JLA: 1-4) - I assume we can vote for this, as it's a great Justice League story that gives all the team a pretty awesome moment, with Batman being the best. The JLA are down, and only Batman is left standing. The superpowered villians are overconfident, brushing him off. They took down most of the JL, what could a crazy dude dressed in a bat costume with no superpowers do? They forget that he's "the most dangerous man on Earth"(Superman's words!), and what follows is one of the most badass Batman moments of them all.

A New Dawn(Batman Confidential #26-28) - I'm sure I'm the only one voting for this one, but this is just a really fun story. Batman must team up with The Riddler(back in his more criminal days) to solve a murder mystery, pertrayed by the 1960s Adam West Batman villian King Tut! That should give you an idea of the tone of this story, which is light, goofy, infectious fun(even in the midst of grisly murders). REALLY funny, with some fantastic Jose-Garcia Lopez artwork(he's still got it!). The last issue is basically Batman and the Temple of Doom. It's awesome, ok? Go read it.

Harvey and Ivy - Bruce Timm should REALLY BE DRAWING MORE COMICS

Ego - A beautifully illustrated character study of Bruce Wayne...by way of Batman!

Heart of Hush (DC# #846-#850) - I think it takes a lot of skill to actually make HUSH INTERESTING, but that's why Paul Dini is one of the best Bat-scribes of them all. The Catwoman heart surgery is a bit on the nose, though.

Faces (LOTDK #28-30) - I didn't like Monster Men/Mad Monk, but I REALLY like this one! Outside of the DCAU, my favorite Two-Face story.
