Default Best F.B.I. Agent. Who wins?

All F.B.I. Agents ever shown in fiction go at it.

Scenario 1: Standard equipment, Khazan arena. Who wins?

Scenario 2: One hour prep each, then Khazan arena. Who wins?

Scenario 3: Which is the best detective? As in, who could solve the toughest crimes the fastest?

Scenario 4: They all sit and talk. How does it go?

Keanu Reeves was the most emphatic about being an FBI agent.

Hunter Zolomon wins both the arena fights. I don't know if he counts though, because he only became Zoom after he was no longer an FBI agent.

He had his powers while in the FBI?

    Doesn't count then.

Remind me, was Agent Six from Generator Rex ever an FBI agent? Also, the hell happened to Generator Rex?

This seems like it'll come down to Aloysius Pendergast and Seeley Booth. Pendergast was a great detective and a good enough shot to hit a huge monster-thing in the eye when it was at a dead run, but Booth is a former army Ranger sniper who has some pretty impressive marksmanship feats of his own. I'd say Booth wins the first two, he's a trained boxer on top of being a sniper, Perdergast wins the third, and on the fourth I imagine they go have a beer and share stories.

I'm finding it hard to believe Booth would be a contender, at least when it comes to the first two scenarios. There aren't any superhuman FBI agents in fiction?

Well, I remember that one guy who dosed himself with Hulk blood, he was fairly badass. But that might have been in that "this never happened" thing where Hulk was framed for murder. It was the same storyline that had him bang Blonsky's old lady. But I think he was a rogue/former agent by then.

EDIT: As for Booth, he has MANY marksmanship feats, with rifles and pistols, and has many instances of showing considerable hand to hand skills.

What about Olivia Dunham? At the height of her powers, she had high end bullet time reaction TK, could teleport herself between universes, shot a Marine dead fast enough that he could not detonate a bomb he was carrying when he got the drop on her and has the Bishops and a Nina Sharp led Massive Dynamic at her disposal to aid in prep.

Pre-Crisis Plastic Man was an FBI agent. There goes #1 by default, and maybe more.
