So its sortd Wakanda & Atlantis r actually @ war.

I think the book makes more since without Cap since he was not in the original illuminati but you know they have to put him in every book with Avengers in the title.

Exactly!
This secret group is not really a "secret" if all the head honchos in the MU know about it/are members. Sure...others such as Scott, Wolverine, Thor, Spiderman, Hulk, Captain Marvel are kept in the dark...but would they really give a toss if they knew? And if they did object...so wot? It's not like they could gang up on the likes of Namor, Blackagar, T'Challa, Tony, Reed and Stephen and send them off to bed without supper.

It would seem to be a truly clandestine operation and carry more weight if the "Big Kahuna of Kahunas" himself did not know.

No clue. But the dude next to her has the same chest symbol Manifold (Eden Fesi) has on is Avengers costume. Makes me wonder if they aren't some alternate dimension Avengers.
