SZ, we are rebooting this as a "discussion" thread instead of the previous "appreciation" threads as mentioned recently to expand the...well...discussion and open up things a bit. Slight difference, but one that hopefully opens up discussion without certain limitations. With the slightly new direction and definition of the thread, we are going with a fresh start. The past 8 (impressive indeed) app threads are linked in first post. No history is being gutted, erased or forgotten. We realize and acknowledge all that came before and mention as much in the OP. But let's set this fresh with a new push for all things Wakanda, inclusive to new Wakanda topics, new posters, etc. Don't fret SZ, no one is erasing the past - we're trying to build for the future and hopefully much to discuss BP-related.

OK...we get dat its a fresh thread with much mo wider & broader parameters 2 discuss BP, Wakanda & d BP mythos esp given d nu status quo 4 BP/Tchalla leading JH's NA.

We/SZ r all kool wit dat but...uhm...wat we dnt get is y d sequential thread numbering has been scrappd.

No, we aint trying 2 "fret"...hehehe(y does dat wrd sound weirdly funny?LOL!) ...we just thought if u wantd a nu thread 2 "set dis fresh with a nu push 4 all things Wakanda, inclusive of nu Wakanda topics, nu posters, etc" due 2 BP's nu s/q joining d Marvel NOW NA but dat is just d next chapter in BP's continuity as wud b a nu thread(dis very 1) in d next chronological sequence after d 1st 8 BP threads which...u know...mks dis nu thread d 9th/IX.

All we r asking(pleading actually) is dat...pls...add "IX" 2 dis awesome nu thread(4got 2 tell ya....gr8 thread title).

We/SZ just kinda hv dis affiliation 2 d chronological thread numbering of d central BP discusion thread as each thread representing & illustrating d milestones of fascination & dedication BP fans(speaking 4 us/SZ right now....not sure of other BP fans posters) hv & hv had 4 BP & d BP mythos.....& dis has nvr stoppd nu posters frm bcuming BP thread regulars in d BP threads b4 irrespective of BP's s/q(Marriage, DW, MWF, MDMA, AvX, Annulment...soon NA).

A nu thread which is supposedly abt a xcter dat has had several ongoing chronologically numberd appreciation/respect/discussion threads over d years den get a brand nu thread with no continuity numbering instead starting again frm zero kinda feels like a complete revamp of d entire universe(ala DC nu52) which is not necessarily d case with BP joining & leading JH's NA.

Again, we/SZ hv no problem with d nu BP Thread(which is kinda kool actually....& gd timing @ dat), just d numbering of d thread. PLEASE!:collectivepuppyeyes:

I like the name of the new thread, sounds so official, and we're not starting from zero SZ, it's more like an evolution of the concept bro, we've gone from mere appreciation to discussion of theBP mythos


and i don't think i've ever seen steve epting draw BP. that dude can sketch a helluva fight scene

To give this a slightly different and new approach, I am gonna leave it as the BP Discussion (open & unnumbered) name. Though we probably will change the subtitle each go around (this one being State of Wakanda)

If it makes you feel better then I will assure you I will continue to include links to all past discussion/appreciation threads when we reset this and to differentiate/separate then I can add the number then to that link, for easier reference. But for the header one, I'm gonna leave that open. Sorry SZ if that's a pet peeve. Maybe you can imagine this as the new volume of Black Panther threads. Like Marvel NOW, we get a brand new #1. But we aren't scrapping past "continuity" so no worries. You can always click on the first post of this thread for quick links and easy clicks to all past convos.
