Help needed - justice league excluding child Batman because of no superpowers..?

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping for some help after several hours trawling the internet!

My boyfriend often reminisces on a T-Shirt he had as a teenager of the Justice League as kids, with Batman excluded off to the side...presumably because he does not have super-powers?

I have googled every search combination I can possibly think of with no luck. Does anyone recall this t-shirt and if so have you seen it recently? Even the image would do (to stick into his card.)

So greatly appreciated...apologies for just posting this question with my membership, but you'll be making a 28 year old (14 at heart) extremely happy - and if it's no longer out there at least we'll be able to move on with our lives. ;-)

This doesn't sound like something DC would authorize. I'd guess this was either a bootleg or your boyfriend is misremembering what he had.
