Please Help! Figuring out what i read...(possible spoilers)

Was hoping anyone here could help me out. I read a Comic in 2005 that im really trying to find again. Im not sure of the title but i think it had something to do with a new version of the teen titans in a future time. A lady was recruiting this new team and used a memory microchip type of thing to implant Dick Grayson or possibly Bruce Wayne's memories into some guys body. I believe some invading force of something was coming to wipe everyone out and that is why she needed to get this team together. And im pretty sure they all die in the end. All i know is it definitely did not come out AFTER 2005 and not BEFORE 1989. As for the format i believe it was either a collected TPB or a really big one shot, though it felt more as if it was a 1-6 collection type thing.

I know this information is pretty vague but im hoping someone with a good knowledge of comics might be able to help me out.

thanks for the link but its none of those. Perhaps it wasn't an official teen titans thing. All i remember is that it was far off in the future and the woman in charge was bringing back spiritual successors to the titans to help fight off whatever this invading force was.
